Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using services provided by Reelkraft Media, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Agreement

All services are provided based on project details agreed upon through written communication (email, WhatsApp, or proposal approval).

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before project commencement.
• Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery.
• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or additional charges.

3. Revisions

Each project includes a limited number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
• Reelkraft Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines begin after:

• Advance payment is received
• All required content and materials are provided by the client

Client delays may extend delivery timelines.

6. No Refund Policy

Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reelkraft Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content.

8. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Haryana, India.
